Meridian Estates was founded in 2004 on a simple idea: that extraordinary homes deserve advisors who take fewer clients and know each property intimately.
Twenty years on
KSh 90 billion closed. Four advisors. No branch offices.
We have deliberately stayed small. Every valuation, every showing and every negotiation is handled personally by a partner. There is no junior team, no call centre and no handoff.

We turn down more engagements than we accept. It is the only way to keep the standard.
